This is a quick and easy breakfast recipe that requires very
few ingredients. The dosa tastes best when served hot with Khurma or Sambar.
Ingredients
2 cups maida (all purpose flour)
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Water
4 to 5 tbsps chopped coriander leaves
oil
Method
- Break open the eggs in a bowl and beat well till the yolks and whites are well mixed.
- Add salt to taste and water and whisk well.
- Add maida little by little and whisk to form a smooth batter. Add more water if necessary.
- Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Heat a non stick tava, pour the batter and spread evenly to form a thin dosa.
- Smear a few drops of oil at the edges and cook till golden spots are seen.
- Turn over the dosa and cook on the other side.
- Transfer to a plate and in the same way, prepare all the dosas.
- Serve hot.
