12 hard boiled eggs
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp pepper powder
2 tsp salt (or to taste)
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add salt and pepper powder and mix well.
- Add boiled eggs, 4 or 5 at a time and stir gently so that it nicely gets coated with pepper and salt mix.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot with Biryani.
Note
If you want the pepper to enter into the eggs, you can make small gashes around the boiled eggs (as shown above) before stir frying them.
